Custom Made Setyr Rods Design
Our rods are made with naked, finely sanded, graphite blanks. We use garnet thread wraps with fine silver accents. Our guides have a bright Titanium Hydrogenation gray coating and use Zirconium rings. Batson Enterprises® offers what we feel is the most comprehensive lineup of spinning and casting reel seats available anywhere.

We buy Forecast® components from Batson Enterprises®. The design of Forecast® components represents the combination of ideas that stem from more than 50 years of rod manufacture and custom rod building. No cut corners here, just honest quality and attention to detail that makes their line of components excel in terms of quality, performance and value.

Composition report from Setyr Rods

We use the best graphite that is suitable for the intended application for our rods. Graphite is an evolutionary material, which in conjunction with our designer and graphite manufacturer helps us create the finest blanks available. In some cases it’s not necessarily the composite you use, its how you use it.

Lifetime Warranty

Setyr Rods® will, at its discretion, repair or replace any rod that has defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod only and does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

Saltwater Series
Infused conventional graphite with a weave, added EVA grips, black blue guides and trimmed with blue thread

Tactical Series
This series is the brainchild of touring Pro Dave Lefebre. Technique specific, Forecast® components, no foregrip and
a split rear grip.
