The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped through via UPS or FedEx Ground within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER.
Please note the following:
- At this stage we only ship within the USA
- If you are in Alaska and Hawaii you need to contact us for shipping cost before ordering at sales@fishinggearusa.com
- All products include insurance
Shipping and Handling:
We understand many people send items to other places than their billing address (ex have moved, gifts, business, etc) and we try to accomodate this in most situations. However, we enter all orders manually and reserve the right to require shipment to a "CONFIRMED ADDRESS", this means the delivery address must match the billing address of the credit card in use, on certain high dollar or high fraud items. We use published shipping cost plus a small handling fee and are at no time trying to make a profit off of shipping.
Most items are shipped from warehouses. We have taken great care in choosing to deal with 3 of the top distributors and you can be confident you will receive all products in great condition and in a timely manner.
Warranty/Returns:
All manufactures warranties are in full effect. If you receive the wrong item, please obtain a RMA number from us for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Any items over 30 days are to be returned directly to the manufacture for repair if defective. All returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Special Order and/or clearance items may not be returned unless damaged in shipping and we are notified within 72 hours (3 days).
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to returns@fishinggear.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%; please contact us for details.
SETYR RODS-Warranty:
Setyr Rods will, at its discretion, repair or replace any rod that has defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the Repair or Replacement of the rod only and does not cover problems due to an unfortunate accident, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear. Setyr Rods will replace rods at a 55% discount plus $30.00 shipping and handling due to any unfortunate accident. All service work must be sent directly to Setyr Rods.A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Setyr Rods-Returned customer merchandise:
Merchandise returned will be accepted only with written authorization. Authorized returns must be shipped freight paid. All returns will be assessed at a 20% restocking charge.
Setyr Rods-Damage or shortage:
Claims for merchandise shortage or damaged in transit must be made within 10 days of receipt of the shipment A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns
Please note as Setyr rods are custom made rods production of these rods could take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery
FoldLite Boats
Shipping & Handling
With Foldlite Boats we offer UPS Ground shipping within the continental United
States, directly from supplier, UPS Ground shipping is 1-5 business days. UPS does offer not
Saturday delivery and is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. International
shipping is available.(please contact us about interation shipping before placing your order) We try to ship all orders within 2 business days
of receipt; however, if an order requires communication or confirmation
from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication has
been received (whether by e- mail or phone).
Order Tracking
When you place an order at Fishing Gear USA you will receive an order
confirmation via email. If you need a tracking number, contact the

Back Orders & Out of Stock
We strive to keep all quantities updated on the website,
however, sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock or on
back order. If we receive an order with an out of stock item, a team member will be in contact with you within 2
business days to advise you of the possible in stock date and request a
confirmation for a back-order, an exchange or a refund.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your order and our service. Foldlite Boats
will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any boat or accessory that
has not been used, or any defective merchandise, within 14 days of
receipt of your order.
